Detailed Description

ConstantDeltaTest class.

This class sets up an RVSDG representing the following declarations:

__attribute__((section("mysection"))) int mutableGlobal = 1;

__attribute__((section("mysection"))) const int constantGlobal = 1;

Both carry a section name, which distinguishes them from the deltas in the other graphs, and only the second one is marked constant. Both attributes take part in the operation's equality.
